Lit Corner approaches wax as a forming material,
not merely as a carrier of scent.
We work with wax for its ability to hold form,
retain surface,
and preserve traces of the making process,
rather than for product performance.
Each object begins with a question of presence:
how it stands within a space,
and what remains when no function is activated.
When present, scent is selected to support
the form and the context in which the object exists.
Scent does not lead.
Working at a studio scale allows us to maintain control
over rhythm, quality, and craft,
while engaging in selective collaborations.
This practice defines how we work, collaborate, and make decisions across different contexts.
These principles are further detailed in our ways of working.
